Fish Finger

Ingredients
  • Fish – 500g (Boneless)
  • Egg – 2
  • Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
  • Oil – For frying
  • To Marinate:
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 3 tsp
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Cut fish into 2 inch long thin pieces
  2. Mix all the ingredients to marinate.
  3. Add fish into it, mix well so that fish pieces are coated with the masala, cover it and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs
  4. Beat the egg well and keep it ready.
  5. Dip the marinated fish pieces in egg and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the fish in a medium heat until its brown in color.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
