Mix well basen, ½ cup of bread crumbs, salt and baking powder.
Add to it ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder and coriander leaves
Add water and mix it well. Pour 2 tbsp of oil to the vessel and mix well
Make it to 4 equal portions and cover the vessel and keep in the fridge for 15-20 min ( Apply oil to your palm if the mixture is sticking to your hands)
Beat an egg and keep it ready
Apply good amount of oil in your palm and spread the mixture in your palm.
Place hard-boiled egg in the center and spread the mixture with your fingers to cover the egg.
Now roll it in bread crumbs, dip it in egg and finally roll it with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot with tomato sauce
