Add finely chopped onion and cook till it becomes soft
Add rice and fry for 5-6 min stirring continuously
Add water and pressure cook ( I go for 1 whistle. After the whistle immediately remove the cooker from the stove. Once the steam goes remove the lid and keep the cooker open)
Heat ghee in a pan and fry sliced onions, raisins and nuts. Garnish with the same. Pour the left over ghee over the cooked rice. Serve hot.
