Cut the boneless chicken into 1 ½ inch long thin pieces
Marinate the chicken pieces with all ingredients to marinate and keep it for 1 or 2 hrs
To make fresh crumbs take the bread slices in a blender and powder it (Make sure you make fresh bread crumbs itself as it helps to make chicken strips very crispy
Mix well all purpose flour, beaten egg, spice and salt
Add milk and mix well. (The batter should be such that when u dip the chicken pieces there should be a coating of the batter on the chicken pieces. Vary the amount of milk accordingly)
Dip the marinated chicken pieces in batter prepared and in bread crumbs
Fry in oil in medium-high flame turning in between until its golden brown in color.
Remove the excess oil in a paper towel and serve hot.
